5th to 6th GRADE TRANSITION MEETING
Transitioning from program to program and school to school is a wonderful time for new opportunities for your student.  The Lombard Special Services staff is here to assist in making these transitions go as smoothly as possible.  Join us at Glenn Westlake Middle School for the Special Services Parent/Guardian Evening meeting to discuss the transition process from elementary to middle school as representatives from District 44 will discuss the transition process.
